Refund & Returns Policy

At Grace & Eden, we are committed to providing high-quality products designed to support mothers through their breastfeeding journey.

Due to the nature of our products (intimate and hygiene-related items), we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used items.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

• The item is unused and unopened
• The item is in its original packaging
• You contact us within 14 days of delivery

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item

We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate in line with this policy

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Opened breast pads
• Opened breast milk storage bags

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
